Simple! Once you book your appointment, you will receive an email from our team asking you to log in an confirm your email address. This will then activate your Lincoln Maids Account and you can make changes to your cleaning, reschedule it, or cancel it.

Our prices are based on a sliding scale that is determined by how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have. We won't waste your time by coming out to give you a quote. Yes. Our cleaning teams will come fully prepared. If you have any special requests on certain cleaning supplies (such as all-natural or green products only), please note this when you book with us.
Yes. During check out you will have the option to add on extras such as dish washing, laundry services, and other special requests.
Yes. All of our cleaning teams are interview in-person and then vetted through a cleaning trial period. They also undergo background checks to ensure the utmost safety for you, your home, and your family.

We guarantee that our service will exceed your expectations. If for whatever reason there is an issue, we'll simply come back to your home and fix the issue free of charge.
Our refund policy is simple. You can cancel your appointment at anytime up until 5:00 PM the day before your scheduled cleaning. After that there is a $45 cancelation fee.

Once there, you fill out all of your information and click Book! It's that simple.
You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.
